Use this form to exercise your rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy law. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. If you are an existing Lumicid customer, you may also exercise these rights from your account settings.

What happens next

  • You will receive an email confirmation that we received your request.
  • If we cannot verify your identity from the information provided, we will request additional verification (e.g., a screenshot from the profile).
  • We will respond substantively within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 12(3). Complex requests may be extended by up to 60 additional days, in which case we will inform you of the delay and the reason.
  • If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your country.
